About Us

Training The Helix Way:

  • Training is progressive: after completing each task, we introduce greater amounts of stress for physical adaptation.
  • Training progresses to a specific time of event: Helix uses peroidization to ensure the athlete is ready for peaking at the right time.
  • Good training requires vision: Helix keeps its clients focused on the desired goal, never yielding nor becoming intimidated by the daily task.
